Where to buy your products?
For sample you could buy online directly. For bulk order, simply contact us by email, live chat or telephone and our sales representative will support you.
How can I review and buy online?
You would need to register first. We would verify information with you via email or telephone to open an account for you.
What’s your MOQ?
We don’t have MOQ for those with ready-bulk stock, and you could enjoy the bulk price with quantity over 100 meters per pattern per color.
Do you have regular stock for all fabrics?
We have regular stock for the common fabric like poplin, twill, sateen, oxford, stretch etc. For the other fabrics we run in a fast fashion manner, generally we would develop new pattern once sold in a fast way.
Can we get your samples?
Yes, the buyer shall bear the freight and sample fee (freight only for swatch sample/ color card).
What is your way of package?
PP bag each roll as inner package and braided bag as outer package.
What is your lead time?
Generally 1-3 days for those in stock and around 25-30 days for those out-of-stock. Detail depends on the order quantity and other requirements.
What is the shipment method?
For domestic order, we ship by logistics company. For international order, goods are shipped out by sea or cargo. You can arrange your shipping agent to pick up goods directly or we ship via our agent with freight prepaid at a competitive rate.
How to make payment?
We accept T/T & L/C for bulk order (for T/T 30% deposit while the 70% balance before the time of shipment). PayPal or Western Union is available for samples.
